When you use the enquiry form

We collect what you enter: name, company, email address, phone number if you choose to give one, and your description of the warehouse. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and the initiation of a contract under Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

We use those details to answer your enquiry and to arrange the pilot run. We do not pass them on to third parties. We delete the data once the purpose no longer applies and no statutory retention period stands in the way.

When you open these pages

The server processes technically necessary details: the address requested, the time, the volume transferred, browser type and a shortened IP address. We need these for operating and securing the pages; the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Your rights

You have the right to information about your stored data, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability and to object. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Write to info@tolinax.com.
